2. Online - Follow the below steps to check TNEB online reading status.

1. Select your 'Region' ( with Two digit number)
2. Select your 'Section' (with Three digit number)
2. Select your 'Distribution' (with Three digit number)
3. Enter your 'Service number'
4. Click the 'Validate' button.

It will show the TNEB service connection details like connection number with & without the region, consumer name, address, service status.

1. To check the TNEB reading details from the Tamil Nadu Electricity official website (tnebnet.org), click the following link: http://tneb.tnebnet.org/newlt/menu3.html

2. On the screen, just choose your 'Region'

3. Next, Enter your 'Service number' (xxx-xxx-xxx) format without Region number. because you already chose the Region.

4. Enter the Captcha & Click 'Proceed' button.
  

Now the screen will show you the consumer details ( Name, Address & Service Number, etc., ) and Bill status like due amount & due date etc.,
